Service

StyloBot provides self-hosted bot-detection software and related commercial features. Available products, features, prices, billing intervals and trial availability are shown at checkout or in an applicable order form; they may vary by product and configuration.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, protect access credentials, and use the service lawfully. You must not interfere with the service, bypass security or licence controls, or use it to facilitate unlawful activity.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Where a purchase is offered, payment is processed through Stripe-hosted checkout. The checkout and order confirmation should state the applicable price, currency, taxes, billing interval, renewal and cancellation information. Contact billing@stylobot.net or use the contact form if you need help with a purchase or cancellation.

Consumer rights and refunds

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. See the Refund and cancellation information for the current contact route; final consumer cancellation wording is pending legal review of the checkout flow.

Open source

Open-source components are supplied under their applicable licence terms. Commercial components, documentation and branding remain subject to the applicable agreement.
