Information we process

Depending on how you use the site, this can include contact details supplied for a trial or account, organisation and licence information, payment-related status and contact information supplied through Stripe, form submissions, and technical/security information generated while requests are handled.

Why we process it

We process information to respond to a trial request, provide and secure the service, administer accounts and payments, comply with applicable obligations, and investigate abuse. The applicable lawful basis depends on the activity and will be set out in the final data-processing record; service delivery is generally necessary for a contract or steps requested before one, and security/fraud prevention may rely on legitimate interests. We do not currently use the trial form to collect marketing consent.

Payments and service providers

Stripe hosts payment checkout. We do not collect card numbers in this website. Stripe’s privacy notice applies to its processing; Stripe may act as controller and/or processor depending on the context. We also use suppliers needed to host, secure, authenticate and operate the service. The published sub-processor page is being reconciled with the final vendor and transfer record.

Retention and international transfers

Retention periods, backup deletion windows, supplier locations and transfer safeguards are being confirmed for the final notice. We will publish the applicable periods or criteria and transfer mechanism once verified rather than make unverified commitments here.

Your rights and complaints

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We will respond in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

Cookies and changes

This site does not use cookies to track you; see our Cookie Policy for details. We may update this notice as the service or verified processing record changes.
