Data processing agreement

This page is not a binding data processing agreement and does not create a processor appointment, audit right, retention period, breach-notification timetable, sub-processor authorisation or international-transfer commitment.

A final DPA, where appropriate, will describe the parties’ roles, processing instructions, subject matter, duration, data categories, security measures, sub-processors, international transfers, assistance, audit, return/deletion and breach terms based on the verified service configuration and applicable law.
